A hole, created by combination of 2 inserts, is adjusted to the size and shape of the wire or cable, as well as it takes account of a wire’s excess material. This solution allows to dehumidify wires and cables of variable size.
Inside the casing, there are inserts made of acid-proof steel, which a dehumidified wire goes through. The material is characterized by a high resistance to corrosion, which allows for a longer life of the blower.
The blower’s casing is made of polyamide, which is characterized by low weight, resistance to corrosion and good mechanical properties. The material guarantees optimal and long-term usage.
Air reaches the blower thanks to plug-in fittings made of stainless steel and polyurethane hose, placed in the upper part of the blower.
Air is drawn from a central compressed air system.
The air gets out at 1/3 of the inserts’ length through the holes designed at appropriate angle. The remaining length of inserts, i.e. 2/3, serves a protective function for a dehumidified wire or cable.
Dehumidification speed: 1400 m/min.
The blower’s casing is stamped with a slotted hole, thanks to which sprayed liquid is stopped on walls and flows directly to containers, which guarantees a protection of the machine, sensors and floor against moisture.
Two parts of casing, which are joined with hinges, together with spring elements, facilitate opening and convenient installation of wires and cables. Solution adjusted to irregular surfaces arising out of manufacturing process.
